At Ambiservices Commercial Cleaning, we have a meticulous recruitment process, where all cleaners must produce a CV with relevant experience to qualify through to interview stage. If successful in the interview, each applicant is tested through a one week work trial. Once passing the work trial they are then given a work contract and are assigned to one of our sites. Having experience and the right attitude and a clear Police Check are essential. - All Cleaners are Trained
Each member of the Ambiservices Commercial Cleaning team are trained in the essential aspects of the COSHH Health and Safety regulations. Those working at public area sites, are trained on 'Bodily Fluids' and 'Sharps Disposal'. All cleaners are also given a detailed cleaning schedule, detailing precisely what is required of them, to maximise efficiency. - Supervision
All cleaner operatives working for Ambiservices Commercial Cleaning are consistently monitored by Area Supervisors and/or Client Account Managers. By conducting regular spot checks, we are able to monitor the cleaners standard of work. Regular visiting and inspection of all our contracts ensures the closest attention to detail, which equals total customer satisfaction.
